A Christmas Carol Classic Radiocast

Adapted from Dickens by Nathan Jerkins
Directed by Ryan Crowder

November 29 – December 29, 2018
At Old Settlers Hall

The KPNF radio station tells Dickens’ masterpiece about Ebenezer Scrooge and his unforgettable tale of redemption one miraculous Christmas Eve night.

After putting their signature spin on holiday stories from the golden age of film, the players of the fictional KPNF radio station are reaching further back in time to recreate Dickens’ cherished masterpiece like you’ve never seen it before. Ebenezer Scrooge, Bob Cratchit, the Spirits and dozens of others are brought to life by a small company of virtuosic voice actors and live foley sound effects reminiscent of “A Prairie Home Companion”. Together, they tell the stirring story of an ice-hearted miser who is given a last shot at redemption one miraculous Christmas Eve night!

This deeply affecting tale is filled with the redeeming power of love… Beautifully presented in a fun and festive package… Perfect holiday entertainment.”  -Broadway World Austin
