Penfold co-founder Nathan Jerkins, who conceived our long-running It’s a Wonderful Life Classic Radiocast, revisits the story in a brand new, fully-staged adaptation! Come see all your favorite characters, brought to life by a small, virtuosic ensemble of actors.

We’ll join Clarence the Angel in getting to know George Bailey, a small-town dreamer from Bedford Falls. After a lifetime of sacrificing personal ambition for the good of his neighbors, a devious plot by the miserly Mr. Potter pushes George to the brink of despair. Now it’s up to Clarence to remind George what it means to have a “wonderful life” – before he throws it all away.

This imaginative take on a beloved classic honors our tradition of holiday radiocasts while ushering in an exciting new chapter for Penfold in our own home. Brimming with Christmas warmth, this tale of despair, redemption and hope is the perfect way to celebrate the season with your friends and family.

“After the hubbub has died down and the stockings are finally hung by the chimney with care,we need a warm, fuzzy holiday story to remind us what the season’s really about.” -Austin Chronicle
