From one of musical theatre’s most exciting new composers comes Ordinary Days, a refreshingly frank and funny musical about forging real connections in the city that never sleeps.

Ordinary Days follows the intersecting lives of four New Yorkers as they search for fulfillment, happiness, love, and the ever-elusive taxicab. With a vibrant and memorable score, this original musical speaks to anyone who’s ever struggled to appreciate the simple joys in a complex world. Balancing humor and poignancy, it celebrates how 8.3 million individual stories weave into a beautiful urban tapestry that people call home.

Ordinary Days received a highly acclaimed production from Penfold in 2014, and this revisitation marks the company’s return to the genre of “chamber musicals.”

Please join us for an uplifting musical comedy presented in Penfold’s new home in Round Rock.
